We have visited St Paul's School yesterday with our top 8 healthy players. It was the first time that we put them on the schedule. The long bus ride to Concord NH was well worth it as the girls got some really challenging matches. With missing Ananya on #3 and Tasha on #5, the team had to really step it up and give their best. Once again, they proved how deep and strong our line-up is and no matter how many teammates we are missing, the Winsor girls can take any match home. We couldn't be more proud of the girls! Great job Winsor Squash Team!

Winsor Varsity beat St. Paul's Varsity: 5 -3
  1. Sarah won 3-0
  2. Adrienne lost 2-3
  3. Junnat won 3-0
  4. Eve won 3-2
  5. AJ won 3-0
  6. Michelle won 3-1
  7. Qirrat lost 2-3
  8. Lilla lost 0-3
The two matches we lost in Varsity ended in 5 games and the score was 9-11 on both matches which shows that the girls didn't give up until the very last point. Lilla had a tough match, but she also played 3 positions higher than her normal standing on the roster. She really tried her hardest and I caught a few long rallies that she pulled out.

Girls you make us proud, speechless and we are so ready for this year's Nationals!
Please Mr. Weather be kind to us this year and let us travel to Philadelphia. :)
